She'll be a perfect Raptor Marine in the Traitor Legion Chaos warbands.
The question, of course, is which of the Ruinous Powers would she turn to? In-canon, Rainbow Dash has shown to have an obsession to reach physical and martial perfection, being an athlete, which would mark her as a worshiper of Slaanesh. However, she also displays a hot-headed temperament and belligerence, always first into the fray without regard to consequences or planning. This could easily transit to actual bloodlust which would make her suited for Khorne, which is further helped by the fact that her Element of Loyalty makes her a being of honour, of which Khorne represents.
Of course, worse comes to worse, she could always go for Chaos Undivided and curry both Chaos gods' favor...
